Privacy notice

Who we are

evchargerinstallation.ie is run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland. We introduce homeowners to Safe Electric registered electrical contractors. Contact: info@evchargerinstallation.ie.

What we collect

When you ask for a price or a callback: your name, your mobile number, your answers to the price check or the grant check (your car, where you park, roughly how far the charger is from your fuse board, or where you are with the SEAI grant) and, if you give it, your Eircode.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details to pass your request to one Safe Electric registered electrical contractor who covers your area, so they can contact you about the job. We do this with your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

One Safe Electric registered electrical contractor covering your area. They deal with you directly and are responsible for your details from that point. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and shows no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you. When you use the price tool or the grant check, the page sends an anonymous note of which step was reached and how long it took (a random session number kept in your browser tab, the page, and the site that sent you), with no name, number or email. We do not use session recording, heatmap tools or advertising pixels. If we ever add anything that sets cookies, it will only load after you say yes to it, and this notice will say so first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing info@evchargerinstallation.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
